Pros

The team - CET & the clinicians in Central clinic + you get a car park. - Diverse cultures

Cons

× They utilise bullying tactics to scare you into achieving better stats or for you to resign x Staff turnover is through the roof, I went through 4-5 managers in the less than 24months. Colleagues of mine have resigned consecutively since the start of 2025 x Patients abuse you daily here and management will tell you to 'gather yourself' and go back on phones/ reception x Pay is incorrect most cycles then you have to wait another 2 weeks to have it fixed x Overworked and underpaid, from the admin staff to the nurses and GPs x Force you to work in areas you are not comfortable with so they can watch you, even if its going to the bathroom x Have other staff/colleagues keep tabs on where you are and who you are with in the clinic x Have 'work meetings' labelled as casual catch ups x NO accountability what so ever x Run big campaigns for mens health, womens health and mental health week but cant even look after their own staff the way they portray it online. Just another corporate run GP, as long as they can exploit you to make $$$ (time, knowledge, work load) they will keep you on. Disagreeing or standing your ground will have you resigning or on a performance plan.

Pros

- Doctors were nice to work with. - Foods at functions - Leaving

Cons

- Say they will give you more responsibility but don't follow through. So hard to move up unless favorited. - Given a large workload and shamed if you can't keep up, such as being front desk at a busy clinic responding to hundreds of messages whilst expected to provide full attention to patients with all their needs [200 patients a day at times] and to assist doctors with scanning, referrals, tasks, emails etc. - Encourage you to work out of work time just so you're not stressed the next day. - Check your screen time and measure your productivity on stats alone, disregarding in-clinic face-to-face work. - Often workers at other clinics would get you to ask their requests to busy doctors in-clinic, disregarding how this may influence their view on me as the worker, when I didn't feel comfortable interrupting them and putting them behind schedule. - Don't provide support if a patient harasses you, no follow-up or plan in writing. - Small click of people (company culture), you have to like social drinking to be 'accepted'. - LOTS of booking errors due to the system this needs to be on the one ONLY, this causes so many inconsistencies.

They made nurses redundant

Pros

At the time there was an online team of nurses and it was amazing, they were doing practice nursing differently and the online team was incredible - this is now no longer

Cons

Toxic upper management, cost cutting which resulted in a very effective and efficient team being made redundant.
