      Starts great and with good intentions, then crashes and burns you out entirely.

      Pros

      Starts great and with good intentions.

      Cons

      Payroll is unorganized, ended up having to leave company without being paid for over 100 hours of work. Simply would not pay for work completed. Overworks and uses guilt to cause RNs into overworking themselves. Completely burns you out entirely.

      Pros

      The team here is eager and happy to help and watch you succeed. Management is flexible and accommodating. Felt a strong sense of camaraderie among the sales team. Clinical team is also articulate, well trained, and communicative.

      Cons

      The initial training period could be more thorough and streamlined. It did sometimes feel like a “get thrown in and see if you float” type of deal. Turnover is high in sales so expect to see some people come and go in a small timeframe.
