      Love the kids, good location, Megan the co-director is awesome!

      Cons

      Kim Kreb’s the owner makes Tender Years a hard place to work at for everyone. When dealing with childcare, the priority needs to ALWAYS be the children. However, she is only worried about money which makes a not great environment for everyone there.

      Some of the coworkers were nice, an hour long break, they will hire everyone who applies and passes the background check

      Cons

      Severely short staffed, walls and other things are broken/dirty, no raise whatsoever, poor communication, little to no help as a teacher, most people who are hired quit within 2 weeks or received no training
