Review may get removed given company reports bad reviews instead of fixing the problems
Pros
Peer relationships are fantastic. Everyone under executive leadership is super nice to work with and extremely smart.
Cons
Tendo is currently grappling with the pursuit of a winning formula for success. A significant portion of the company was presented with an ambitious vision centered around revolutionizing patient healthcare. The goal was to create a platform that simplifies scheduling, access, and management of healthcare services for users. However, the execution took a different path, resulting in the development of an application tailored more for healthcare organizations, with a focus on chasing financial gains through hastily considered technological ventures. Strikingly, key decisions in the technical realm rest solely with the executives, who seem to evade accountability for their missteps. Instead of using posts like these as opportunities for self-improvement, the prevailing attitude seems to be reporting dissent and enlisting others to join the team, often for inadequate compensation, in an attempt to salvage a product that's steadily declining. These concerns are further compounded by the evident disarray in role assignments. An unsettling blend of responsibilities includes project managers engaging in coding tasks, engineers taking the lead on product decisions, and executives involving themselves extensively in micro-management. A recurring sentiment within Tendo appears to be, "This is the direction we're taking, so conform to it." The space for individual creativity and critical thinking appears limited, as the executive cadre appears to dictate the narrative.
