Pros
- If you working as a consultant is one of the "less worst" in their category because you still can work in decent clients and quite stable projects, salary + complements like on calls or intensive journey on fridays and summer. In resume Tenea only pay you and your boss and workplace is on the Client. - Most of the times work on permanent contract - Because the mess, you always have an excuse to not do your work or low performance - All branches have kitchen and free coffee
Cons
- Old systems that always broke - Poor 20th century management and vision - Non-sense stupid rules for overtime and home-office work, presence in office or at Clients - Typical "carnica" (spanish for something similar to "butchery"), which is a company that take advantage of the unemployment situation of the country or low experience of the staff to pay rather low salaries - You can see in this company people not skilled doing stuff but are good friends or relatives of the management, or skilled people sub-employeed and not appreciated.
