      Fast developing company, without professional management

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice; fast developing business brings more opportunities.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, even more, some management staff could not function; internal promotion is closely related to management personal preference and specific race rather than professional skills. Low salary and benefit packages.

      Pros

      Not much can be said here. A lot of preference for certain races and the management were not competent not did they seem to care very much as long as they got their slice of the pie. Overall a terrible experience. On the other side there were some nice people here.

      Cons

      Almost everything. Incompetent leadership. Little room for growth. Meaningless work that did not feel satisfying. Little compensation. Overall just a very negative experience.

      Pros

      Tenergy is a great company to catapult your career. The ideal candidate must be driven and goal oriented. There is a wealth of opportunity at this company and those who put in the hard work are rewarded for their efforts. Tenergy is not without problems, but management is continually evaluating strategies to fix them. Management is very good and really know the market/industry. I highly recommend Tenergy to anybody who is looking for a challenge and wants to be successful. The harder you work the more you will enjoy the fruits of your labor. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunities if one desires it. This company is very tight knit and has core family values. The CEO is very good and really values his employees. Tenergy offers very good benefits.

      Cons

      There are stocking issues that sometimes arise. The ideal successful candidate will look for ways to solve them and work around them with the customer base. Those who can do so are highly valued assets to the company.
