Generally positive place to work with colleagues who are knowledgeable and keen to help each other (and members/clients!). I get the impression that the company and culture suffered a bit during the COVID lockdown and has been going through a process of rebuilding but it already seems to be much more settled and forward-looking than when I started. The company does seem to want to right by its employees and recently announced some really positive staff benefits. Team are great to work with and flexibility is welcome.

Cons

Onboarding was a bit disorgansied when I joined but from what I gather this is something that has been improved a lot since then. Company has something of a labyrinth structure that can take a bit of time to decode!

The culture is really positive and everyone is encouraged to truly embrace the company values and strive to be a high performer. There are lots of opportunities to get involved in cross-company projects, developing and expand your skills is supported at all levels. Everyone is encouraged to apply their talent to the best of their ability. Those who achieve strong results and demonstrate the right values get rewarded. The talent across the business combined with the positive team ethos fuel the spirit of Tenet and help it thrive in the face of constant change in the financial services industry.

Cons

It's a fast paced working environment, contributed to by the diection of travel in the industry and this means the only constant is change, although this is a really good thing if you love variety, being challenged and having the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skillset week on week.
