      1. Receptive to feedback to facilitate process improvement. 2. Tenna has a team of amazing talent and everyone on the team is dedicated to their role and works hard. 3. Teammates are open to helping each other out and truly want to see each other succeed. 4. Great, affordable benefits. 5. Competitive salaries. 6. Great, positive leadership. The team is truly led by problem solvers who will always take time out of their day to help you. 7. Lots of opportunities for growth within the company.

      Cons

      1. Workload, at times, can be quite heavy and it’s a very fast paced environment. I don’t think that’s necessarily a con but if multitasking and prioritizing may be a struggle for you, this might not be the best fit.
