Pros

Benefits, paid holidays, sick time. Wonderful co-workers.

Cons

Terrible management. Commission percentages are unattainable. Dishonest managers, Toxic work environment. Petty. Lazy workers are rewarded as long as they report back to management. You are expected to do the work of others and not compensated when empty positions are not filled for months on end.

Pros

Good benefits, Relaxed environment. All federal holidays off.

Cons

No growth opportunity, Kind of high school mentality feel to the work culture. Does not meet the current US standard for the cost of living salary. A single person would have a hard time living on what the pay is if you don't hold a management position. Many work a 2ns or 3rd job just to have the benefits. To hear on the radio they donate billions to education every year and they can't pay their employees a living wage, it doesn't set well in the lower ranks of the company.

Pros

Good office experience for someone starting out

Cons

Way too much work for such few people. On top of answering calls, there's multiple reports and paperwork that need to be done on a day to day basis. Call volume alone could get you behind.
