      Always good to be with a sports team as it adds spark to conversations away from work

      So many silos No one in Sr management communicates It is so oddly clicky We don't get involved in the community, like other teams do

      Pros

      Working in the NFL is a huge honor

      Cons

      Upper management is skewed. Digital Department is terrible, no urge to focus on development of video production. Lack of communication between Broadcasting and Digital. Little to no recognition from higher-up's. Zero ability to grow within the company.
