Pros

2020-2024 it was GREAT. Flexible hours Asynch days to catch up on work smaller class sizes

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT Admin in classrooms constantly No encouragement of a healthy work life balance adding extra classes for no reason (students and teachers don’t need this) lack of discipline and expectations with students and LCs promoting positions based on who knows who.

Pros

The teachers & mentors are great for beginning teachers.

Cons

The overall company (Stride) doesn't quite have a grasp on what is needed in an education setting. They tend to have a lot of turnover in the office setting. (registars, admissions, etc)
