Pros

Lots of job options, they do well with making sure whatever they ask of you, is backed with good support (extra time, gas comp, etc).

Cons

My only issue is I wish everything was in one place. Instead of having an app, the Tb website, then another portal for curriculum and etc. Should be a little bit more concise and ease of access could be reachable

Pros

It can be a fun place. Jackson is nice and flexible for the most part. If you love tennis and want to inspire a passion for it in young people great place to go!

Cons

Pay is decent, but not the best.

Pros

This company's mission is to offer affordable tennis and pickleball classes and camps. I found this company on indeed and had a wonderful experience. The recruiter, the owners, and the mangers were all involved in the day to day and they were so helpful. They have a smooth onboarding and training process that can be done remotely. I hadn't been formally certified so I found this training to be incredibly helpful. The class sizes and ratio of student to coach were very manageable. Any time I needed help the management was quick to respond. The culture of this company is energetic, team-focused, and has a clear goal of making the world a better place through coaching. I wish I had a program like tennisbloc growing up and I will be sure to put my kids in this program when they are old enough to hold a racket! I should also mention that a few times I had an emergency situation and had to call out of work with no notice. Management was so kind and understanding. I have been in jobs where this was not the case and I really appreciate how tennisbloc handled this.

Cons

There are not any real cons. The only thing that I could see as a con is that since this company relies on student registration to be able to fill your schedule it is subject to change. If not enough students register for a class then the class gets canceled. The management explains this clearly upfront and you are able to monitor the participant registration in real-time so you are able to manage your expectations.
