      - strong and experienced team - interesting and challenging tasks - transparent and predictable salary system

      Cons

      - not beginner-friendly environment - very high stress level (constant urgency) - salaries are below market - tight and often unrealistic deadlines - lack of mentorship and personal guidance - strict time tracking - constant overtime - easy to burn out
