Do Not Work Here!!!

None to speak of, just do not consider working here, you will be disappointed and you will quit after 3 to 6 months..

Cons

1) Ego Manic running the company and has no clue on what is going on. President of Sales 2) Micro managing 200% 3) LONG HOURS and they expect you to all the paperwork on weekends. 4) You will never meet their expectations, so do not expect commissions. 5) They will lie to you and write you up for stupid things. 6) Turnover is 80 to 90% and you will be lucky to last 6 months. 7) They cheat you on expenses, but fully reimburse management when they travel. 8) Did I say MICRO MANAGED!!! 9)Conference Call every night and rehash everything you did the night before. Waste of Time. 10) They treat people like dirt!! 11) Sales President will make fun of you and downgrade you at any time.

See some of the previous reviews if you can find any. I can't think of any.

Cons

Every negative review here is 100% accurate and the President has no soul or morals. Any positive review on here is obviously written by HR to try and recruit more people to fall for the bait. I now work for another company and we work with the same customers and everyone of them says to me "I don't want anything to do with Teq and will not do business with them any longer". I have heard this from at least a dozen customers. You have to think for a minute now if every one of their customers hate them, they will be closing shop sooner rather than later.

Great people who really have to depend on each other to get through the day.

Cons

The recent postive reviews, subject is the "job title", are unfortunately fake as the President makes employees write them. Until new management comes in it will never be a great place to work. The culture is one of fear, not knowing what you are going to get yelled at for next. It's unfortunate the owners don't realize they have a awful President.
