• Good work life balance • Interesting products at the top of the film industry • Some good people to work with that help you grow

Cons

• Planning projects is not well organized • Some negative people that create a difficult work environment • Employees don't seem to clearly know who has final authority over making decisions which can lead to difficulty in working on projects and negativity.
