Pros

People are generally nice on the outside but we never know on the inside. Typical malay office drama, gossip and politics.

Cons

No reliable internal system, mostly super outdated, to apply for leave still using paper form. Memo use paper, all also use paper. Some employees work very hard because of the heavy workload, but some employees does not even have much work, not to mention, management is all stupid boomers, with a very old retiree ceo. No room to grow professionally, promotion only on preferred employees. Very bad HR team, bias towards the management and not protecting employees interest. So many people left without securing a job just to protect their own well being. Small organization with nonsense crappy old people that always like to steal young bright minds and claim it's theirs. Typical all malay organization with so many unnecessary drama.

JD is all over the place, expect to do work outside your expertise. Reliant on government funding hence need to adhere to any government request Old people mentality and the overworking of junior staff Extremely hard to get a promotion even if you work to the bone Office politics is apparent and some senior management seems too comfortable with their position to the point they are not professional in some aspect
