      I did not experience any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Improper training...alienation...no guidance...multiple people share one tiny room and existing staff are less than helpful. Since I have been gone, this ad has been in at least 3 more times!!

      Pros

      treat customers very good, thats why we have so many of them.

      Cons

      you are a 'salaried' employee because you always get plenty of OT. no 'go home early' days here. techs are always chasing unpaid invoices. constantly on call and getting woke up in the middle of the night.
