      Pros

      My 2 direct managers were amazing and I had a few great coworkers. Some Club Members were really nice to the staff.

      Cons

      Bad behaviour is rewarded and people who work hard get zero recognition and management generally plays favourites with people and everyone else is treated poorly. A lot of club members treat the staff like servants and it is a very entitled environment.
