Pros
Great products and smart people. Other than the CEO, management is wonderful. The work is interesting and challenging.
Cons
High turnover due to the CEO creating a culture of fear, stress, frustration, and belittlement. This is hands down the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced! When I wasn't experiencing emotional and verbal abuse directly from the CEO, I heard him doing it to other employees, and it made me cringe. I heard numerous horror stories from co-workers and plans for leaving the company as soon as they were able to find other work.
