Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my time at Terra Dotta. Leadership is honest and transparent, which makes a big difference—it’s nice to know what’s going on in the company and feel like your voice matters. The culture is super team-oriented. People are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with. I’ve made some great friendships here, and there’s a real sense of “we’re all in this together.” It’s also an inclusive place where growth is encouraged—both for the company and for us as individuals. I’ve had opportunities to take on new challenges and develop my skills, and it’s exciting to be part of a company that’s moving forward and bringing its people along for the ride. Overall, it’s a positive, motivating environment with great coworkers and leadership you can trust.
Cons
None! I believe that the company knows it's strengths and weaknesses, and works at both with all that they do.
Pros
Some hardworking colleagues with deep TD product expertise and unlimited PTO (which by the way you don't have time to use).
Cons
1. Disappointing Leadership Choices- It's frustrating to see a new manager hired directly from a competitor. This decision feels like a lack of recognition for those of us who have shown dedication and loyalty to the team. It also raises concerns about the company's approach to internal growth and support for long-term employees, impacting trust and team dynamics. 2. Challenging Environment- The workplace culture can feel toxic, making it difficult to stay motivated and engaged. Constructive communication and encouragement are limited, leading to a generally tense atmosphere. 3. Bureaucratic Culture- There's a strong sense of bureaucracy here that often slows down decision-making and innovation. This rigid structure hinders growth and creates a lot of unnecessary red tape, making it challenging to get things done efficiently. 4. Limited Guidance and Support- Employees often feel left to navigate things independently. The lack of proper guidance, mentorship, and support can be discouraging, especially for those looking to grow within the company. Conclusion -Overall, working here has been challenging and feels mentally exhausting.
