Terra salaries are not bad compare with similar salaries in the work market

Cons

The CEO has not any person's skill. He is an arrogant and rude person. And his right hand, the Programming Vice President, cannot be more unprofessional. She is really the one who does whatever she wants at the company. They both are out of the touch with the last technology in the business and are contracting and giving raises just to their friends.

no promotions are given to Caucasian team members. CRO is not a nice person and someone who I would easily call a bully. Not a positive place to be which is a shame because the editorial staff is awesome and content is very sellable
