Poor management style, unfortunately :((

This is not a good company to work for. The “culture” is incredibly toxic, you will be made to feel/told you are stupid and like nothing you do is good enough. There is a lack of respect and aggressive communication towards employees. They don’t listen to feedback and things are always done in a rush and poorly. Work life balance does not exist at this company and they will expect you to work/reply to messages at all times of the day. Most employees leave within 6 months. If you want to have a life and value your mental health, do not work here.
