Pros

There are no pros, run away.

Cons

I left this job stressed out and depressed due to the constant verbal abuse and a general hostile work environment fostered by management. Almost daily you will have about 6 people crammed into a small office so that one person can be singled out to be yelled at and to be made to feel less than. This is clearly done with the goal to be to have everyone else see that this can/will be you next time. The job posting will advertise monthly and yearly bonuses, but there is no yearly bonus available. The monthly “bonus” is a tiered commission structure designed to have you make the least amount possible. If an employee left, monthly goals would be changed, lowering your take home pay. There is no meaningful training provided, yet you will be criticized and reprimanded for not knowing processes or expectations that were never clearly explained. You are expected to somehow understand constantly shifting procedures without guidance, documentation, or support. Rules change frequently, sometimes daily, and you will be reprimanded for mixing up one of the many new policies that were never properly communicated. Expectations are inconsistent and unclear, and accountability is enforced selectively. You will also receive contradictory direction from different members of management on how to proceed, only to later be criticized regardless of which instruction you followed. This creates a chaotic and unstable work environment where success feels less dependent on performance and more dependent on guessing which manager’s guidance will apply that day. It is not professional to be repeatedly baselessly threatened about being let go from a job that you do exceedingly competently, and it is unacceptable that these people believe they can verbally abuse their employees.

Pros

A few coworkers were cool

Cons

Avoid this company like the plague. Management were straight up abusive and take advantage of you constantly. The leadership is totally disorganized and it shows. Most employees leave in less than a year and for good reason. The positive reviews you see posted here are all fraudulent. I have had a lot of jobs and this one is up there as one of the worst I’ve ever had. My direct superior was completely fine with yelling at, embarrassing, and belittling me and my coworkers. The whole place is a mess. If you are a new graduate and this is one of your first office jobs, you can be deceived into believing it is a normal, functioning company in the beginning. As you work there longer and start to get the full picture, you will recognize that nearly EVERY aspect of this company is an absolute disaster. Pay is horrible. Training is actually ridiculous. They will give you as much work as they can possibly get away with and they do not care about you on any level. If you are thinking of applying for a job here, don’t. I cannot emphasize this enough, a job here is torture and you will absolutely regret it if you decide to ignore the bad reviews here.

Pros

There are no pros, management are some of the worst human beings ever. They will belittle you, mock and embarrass you in front of everyone and will hold no accountability for their actions and instead blame others for why their work place is losing people.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. There are much better places, do not settle for less.
