Pros
Decent company to work for, has had a few growing pains the last few years, base pay for entry level positions is on par or better than some. Upper management is more involved now and is more accessible to help and support us more so in than in previous years.
Cons
To many cliques start to form and at times certain employees try to go after other employees jobs, to many "children" and not enough adults working at times.

-Positive work environment -Ability to talk about weed all day -Nice discount & samples -Great customer promos

-Strictly enforced dress code -I have nothing else to put, I was required to enter more words :)
