      Pros

      High pay and 100% remote, but not much elsr

      Cons

      Bad management, aggressive firing, witch hunts, and some really cringey bosses trying to make meetings fun while we all sit around like whipped puppies. They have a culture of ratting out your coworkers. It's awful. Could never trust anyone.

      - No politics - Good culture - Smart people - Supportive management - Excellent compensation and benefits - *Real* appreciation for work/life balance - Mostly interesting work

      Cons

      - Since it's consulting, not all assignments may be interesting (but the good news is they don't last forever)
