Leadership is lacking experience or know-how. When the company performs poorly, leadership lays full blame on untrained and under supported staff, making threats about job security. Communication within the leadership team is lacking, and often you get two very different messages from either of them. CEO instills full trust in very inexperienced person to lead teams, which in turn leads to workplace drama and confusion among employees. Pay was very low compared to industry standard on state-wide and a regional level.

Where do I begin? Changed to on-site which meant laying off the ENTIRE staff other than ones hired in Virginia. Management has ZERO recruiting experience. Managers we began with mysteriously disappeared with no explanation. Favoritism is how you get ahead - completely unqualified staff is promoted to ridiculous new titles. Basically everyone made up their own title. "Senior" recruiters with 4 months of experience? This place is and was a complete joke. I feel sorry for anyone that falls for anything they have to say - "clients" or staff.
