You would expect an exceptional job with exceptional benefits since you have to jump through hoops just to get hired. You have to pass an aptitude test, personality test, background check, credit check, etc. Unfortunately, this is not the case at all and employees are not treated very well and salaries are substandard. Medical insurance costs a fortune, no 401K matching and no yearly increases. Most employees work their butts off and do a great job, going above and beyond, but never get commended for there efforts. There will always be something that could have been done better even though most people do much more than they should have to. There is little support from management and zero training.

Do not care about the employees, bad reputation in the South Florida Real Estate community, no opportunities to grow or advance, incredibly high turn over, terrible pay
