Pros
Terrasat is a good entry-level stepping stone for those who want to sharpen their skills before moving up their career to higher levels. A solid work/life balance, Free monthly lunches, average benefits, flexible scheduling (for the corporate-side employees), and the company holiday parties are pretty nice. Teams are collaborative and friendly, but be prepared to work independently for long periods of time.
Cons
Outdated IT and Operations integration infrastructure tools, departments do not like talking about budgets, highly compartmentalized teams, highly questionable ethical practices from Human Resources, a big disconnect between managers and employees, some nepotism, stagnant career growth opportunities, and no long-term business growth. Terrasat has extreme difficulty meeting you at your fair market value-- let alone offer competitive pay.

Great bonuses, okay benefits, okay pay. Can be low pressure as long as you get your work done, depending on what is going on.
Cons
No one gets promoted. There is no ladder to climb. Your manager will likely be one of the owners, which makes every salary negotiation, error, and slip up very personal to them. People quit a lot. A lot of the employees have a very poor social skills which can be difficult to be around. Employees never know what is going on with company. It is a very old school type of place to work if compare to others in Silicon Valley.
