Pros

Small company which allows easy exposure to senior management while allowing very good communication across the board. Allowed for plenty of responsibilities with varying importance, from field data acquisition, to constructing project proposals. Office atmosphere resembles that of a family, with no drama, and a low stress environment.

Cons

Some trips to the field (out of state) were on a short notice (less then 24 hours). Traffic in the area builds up quickly leading to a long commute.

They will fire you with less than 24-hour notice when money gets tight. Never commit to a mortgage while working for this company and always be looking for your next job, because working for TerraSond is temporary no matter how permanent your position is.
