Pros
Easy Work,you work in a international enviroment,the salary in my case was good,I learnt much about customer service.
Cons
Management,A lots of complains with customers,The company do not have a good reputation at the moment,it needs improvements to get simple,fast and smart,Employees do not have the chance to progress in the carrer,The fleet should be renewed.

The company used to have a bad reputation but lots of contacts in the travel industry. Good for networking.
Cons
Worst management ever. You never know (and IF) you will get paid. Travelling with Terravision buses is definitely dangerous. Had to deal with loads of complains.
