I would not recommend working here. The workplace culture is extremely unprofessional, bullying and harassment is a serious issue, and upper management is fully aware but chooses to ignore it. When employees raise concerns, they are dismissed instead of addressed. Shifts are typically only 4-5 hours, which makes it very difficult to earn a livable wage. On top of that, we were not allowed proper breaks and were discouraged from eating or drinking during shifts, which is unreasonable and not sustainable. I strongly advise anyone considering a job here to look elsewhere.
