      Pros

      Great company. Lots of flexibility. Understanding management. Yearly raises and annual reviews. Organized company. The best behavioral health agency I’ve ever worked at.

      Cons

      A lot of typing. But if you can type it’s not that bad.

      Don't expect to climb any type of corporate ladder. Make sure you do what you are told and keep your mouth shut.

      Pros

      It's quiet. The people are cordial. It's clean. If you don't want to go anywhere and just want to punch in and punch out and do what you are told then this would be good for you.

      Cons

      There's really nowhere to go here and I have never seen such deliberate segregation of management and employees. People tend to disappear all of a sudden...

      Pros

      It's really hard to think of any pros. There are many hard working clinicians that are passionate about what they do and provide great services to our clients. This is probably the only good thing about this place.

      Cons

      The CEO of the company is completely incompetent and no one has any confidence in the leadership team. Decisions are made in a vacuum and morale is low. Benefits and pay are also poor. I'm actually leaving this company very soon. I'm surprised that an organization in this bad of shape can even exist.
