Excellent perks through parent company Promega, hard working team mates, nice work from home flexibility

Cons

leadership communicates poorly, at times contradicting instruction with so many recent organization changes. without HR culture is not a priority so morale can be tough. Big improvements should come though with the hiring of someone for HR. Work space needs improvement.

Pros

Mid-level, individual contributors are good, hard working people.

Cons

Bad leadership. Bad ownership. The company's new direction since July 2024 when new board members joined has been negative and solely focused on profit. No one talks when they're in the office. There is no joy. No happiness.

Good benefits because it is tied to Promega but I could see that changing.

Cons

Lack of organization, stability, and communication. There is only an illusion of transparency.
