Pros
- Great place for juniors to learn and grow - Friendly and motivated people - Many thing that they use to buy you with - snacks, beer Fridays, trips, team buildings, merch and gifts, big parties, interesting guest speakers, kinesiologists, etc.
Cons
- Toxic management practices and quite a few toxic managers that HR department knows about but doesn't do anything (except tries to calm down the ones that are trying to find a solution) - Employees being "asked to leave" over the problems that were caused by bad management and not the actual employees - Way too low of a salary, especially considering the overtime and pressure you have to handle - Too much of fake positivity and too many secrets all around
