      Decent salary, it is inline with the industry Many holidays (thanks to the industry)

      Cons

      Old school, not very flexible with remote jobs. It demands people to be in the office Old staff, lots of old people with old mindset and ways of working The main priority is getting results, human aspects sometimes are push aside Very few growth opportunites unless you do as you are told and don't disagree
