Pros

The salary is competitive for the area, but regardless of your qualifications they will try to say you are at exactly the same level as everyone else.

Cons

Management does not know how to bring in educated and experienced people from the outside. They tend to promote from the manufacturing floor through levels of training to give people engineering/management titles. When someone enters with an education and years of experience they try to force them to go through the same entry level training required by someone with no higher education and experience, regardless of years of experience.

Pros

-Pay starts at 20+ per hour -Offers overtime -Christmas Gifts/Small Bonus

Cons

-Ownership is heavy on bragging about their money every month -Poor benefits for workers, less than any other factory around -Overtime is forced onto you most of the time by the labor supervisors -Expects you to live and breath work -Management doesn't do anything to the bad actors

It is quite unfortunate that i did not experience any.

Cons

Sink or swim for new employees. You know...kick you hard off a "high dive for a 30 ft fall into 1 ft of water" analogy!
