Wide variety of engineering work so can learn more about many areas. You will not be stuck for three years doing the same project. Mangement leaves engineers much freedom. No pressure to meet deadlines, except perhaps if a customer needs a defect fixed.
Cons
A quite small place; not for someone who needs/wants alot of stimulation or socializing. AThe products are in adeclining market so not much future growth. Not much chance for career advancement. Some of the technologies are very old (GPIB, GPIO).
