Learning Opportunities: As a fresher, TestOrigen provided me with a solid platform to kickstart my career in testing. The environment here is quite conducive for learning and gaining practical experience. Supportive Environment: I found the workplace to be friendly, with colleagues who are genuinely supportive and encouraging. The motivation from peers definitely adds to the overall positive work experience. Growth Potential: The company does offer potential for growth if you're willing to put in the effort and learn.
Cons
Employee Satisfaction: Despite the positive aspects, I felt there was a lack of motivation to stay with the organization long-term. The company could work on enhancing employee satisfaction. Company Reputation: Based on some of my interactions and observations, I felt that the company’s reputation could be improved, particularly in how it handles its freshers. Meal Quality: One small but noticeable issue is the quality of meals provided. It could definitely use some improvement.
