Pros
Great people to work with. Teamwork amongst the lower and middle management has great chemistry and synergy. Able to achieve more than the mile planned often.
Cons
Goals and Objectives are often not defined, lack clarity or keeps moving. This becomes very frustrating to work with. Financial upkeep and discipline from the company is concerning, and the decisions made for the directions are often difficult to comprehend and accept. Upper management had great drive and visions in the first two years since the founding, but that faded away after Covid pandemic started, often leaving the people in the company clueless without a captain towards the later period of the quarantine,

Pros
Flexible working arrangement, good place to learn about testing and other things as it is a small company and great colleagues
Cons
The biggest cons are there are issues with tax and EPF contribution even though EPF and MTD are deducted from the salary. Will update here if they pay to LHDN and KWSP eventually. Not much benefits as well
