Pros

Good place to learn Testing

Cons

Cons only * Treat employees like a slave * Poor Management * Give rs 1000-2000 Hike ( only if the employee ask) * The management trying to built a level 5 company, on that rush no one trying to understand how much pressure the employee feels. * Testhouse was Vijay, the great man with good knowledge and leadership. Current foolish management fellows spoiled his name. * Many good resources and talent peoples left during the year 2018 - 2021

Retention pay is a scam

Pros

Good colleagues that I feel

Cons

There is a module called retention pay. Actually it's a scam. In your offer letter they will mention that if you relive the company before 9 months you need to pay retention amount, but the truth is when ever you are leaving you need to pay the retention amount even if it's 1 year, or 10 year. The retention amount you need to pay

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with your colleagues. Regarding your concerns about our retention policy, we want to clarify that our terms are outlined transparently in the offer letter and discussed during onboarding. These policies are structured to align with industry practices and long-term talent development. That said, we understand policies can be perceived differently and we’re open to reviewing them periodically to ensure fairness and clarity. We appreciate your input and wish you all the best in your future endeavours. — Team Testhouse

Pros

Good exposure Onsite opportunities are there..You are lucky if you get a chance

Cons

Don't expect a productive atmosphere beyond a limit We cannot make honest and open communication No one will value your opinion and suggestions, but you will surely get blamed if a problem occurs No work-life balance, you will be asked to work 7days in a week with no compensation Don't expect any token of appreciation from the team No other benefits apart from salary especially for Juniors Complete mismanagement is what you will get to see there Have to work in a project, without having any knowledge on that and get blamed if u do any mistake
