Pros

The perfect size: big enough that the company has staying power, but small enough that you don't feel like a cog in a machine. Some of the best people I've worked with in my career. Company also genuinely cares about work-life balance.

Cons

Like any completely-remote company, you don't get the same team-building as in-person, but the company does a great job facilitating interaction and regular team-wide meetings so you see everyone's face and know what's going on.
