      - Enables you to start your career

      Cons

      - Low salary, low raise - Bad management, they don't care about you or your progress - Nepotizm - For fresh graduates that make you sign an illegal contact to scare you and make you not go away - Changing project might not be an option ( although they say like it is so easy before you sign anything) - Since they hire so many people you might wait months to be assigned.
