Leadership Access & Mentorship: Working under Pradeep (Head of Business) was a masterclass in structured thinking and deal-making. The founders (Abhishek, Namrata, and Jiten) were accessible, encouraging, and open to ideas — a true startup leadership team. Fast Learning Curve: The environment is built for people who are self-starters. You’ll learn B2B sales, product-market fit, AI integrations, GTM strategy, and customer success — all in one role. AI-First Thinking: Testlify isn’t just a recruitment tool — it’s pushing the frontier in talent assessments with AI. Being part of its auto-evaluation and integration roadmap was intellectually fulfilling. Recognition & Impact: Good work is not just acknowledged, it’s scaled. I saw my strategies implemented across accounts and regions — that’s empowering. Global Exposure: Worked with clients from 50+ countries, including the U.S., MENA, Europe and Australia.
Cons
Processes are evolving: As with any high-growth startup, some internal processes are still maturing. But this also gives you a chance to shape how things are done and build systems from scratch. Pace can be intense at times: The environment is fast-paced, especially when you’re dealing with enterprise clients or product rollouts. It rewards proactiveness, and the learning is unmatched — but it’s not always 9-to-5, which is anyway not expected for a startup firm either. Wearing multiple hats is the norm: You may find yourself stretching across roles beyond your original JD, but in hindsight, those were the experiences that contributed most to my personal and professional growth.
