Pros

Decent pay, free Coffee, nice location. Some of the clients are great people, they are just trying to do their jobs. I saw a lot of frustration on their part.

Cons

High staff turnover with few clients. Google Monarch Medical, apparently the boss still owes people money for services rendered. Refurbished hardware, no real redundancy or DR plan. The engineers, sales staff, the VP, and some other clerical staff were all let go in 2016. Just a heads up, if you are customer ask a lot of questions, there are numerous start-ups to choose from.

What a joke

Pros

flexibility, pay is decent but be prepared to fight for it - they believe architects should be paid as much as help desk consultants and treat them as such. owner is a good guy, somewhat fake but not a bad guy. has too many interests and is stretched thin.

Cons

where do we start -technology is not cutting edge, most of the equipment is preowned or refurbished. built and configured by an outside vendor who outsourced it to remote employees -management is horrible and condescending. they claim to want to best for their employees, but it's a flat out lie -lie blatantly to customers by stating they are using the latest and the greatest and boasting about offerings that do not even exist -will have architects and high level engineers come in to advise, then go against said recommendations. -best practice - more like no practice - most software is pirated with more key gens than i'd be comfortable even discussing -the tend to integrate technologies for the sake of integrating technologies, without rhyme or reason, just because it sounds cool -they have little to no regard for the advice of employees who have worked with their service offerings in enterprise environments in the past. -monarch medical is the parent company, google that, and you'll get a bit more understanding of the type of disaster this place is. -business model is supposed to be that of a cloud integrator, while they function more like a low level MSP rather than a startup looking to make a difference. -high turn over -another note on management...they wouldn't know tech if it slapped them in the face. -there was an article recently stating that tetherview bought Russell Hall in Forth Monmouth (another venture of ownership is real estate). in the article it stated 10,000 users, HAHAHAHA! what a joke and a complete lie - the place had 15 users, 5 of which were Monarch employees, 10 others were from a architectural firm whose owners had been friends with Michael (owner & ceo of monarch / tetherview) for years and were on the platform for free.
