Pros
Tetherow is a high end golf club/resort with some nice features- the hotel is high quality, nice pools, great golf course, fitness center, trail access, etc. There are some really nice women who work in the admin office, and some delightful FOH staff in the food & beverage department, but otherwise, the men in charge are pretty insufferable. There is a significant divide between food & beverage and the rest of the resort operation departments, and sadly, it is evident that F&B is looked down upon by the senior management team.
Cons
I received significant disrespect and misleading information from multiple men in upper management. This company has huge amounts of turnover due to the poor management. I've met many people in the Central Oregon community who have nothing but negative things to say about their stint as a food & beverage employee at Tetherow.
