Good people, smart product, interesting problems are being solved
Cons
Market doesn't seem to really care right now. Always "one big win" away. Really hope the company can be successful but it doesn't look like the market wants what they are offering which is a shame because it's really a great product.

Unlimited PTO, Interesting product and good roster of customers. Some teams were very laid-back, Decent pay for market, Not a meeting-heavy environment,
Cons
Extreme lack of direction. No overall goals. Leadership is not transparent at all. Although this wasn't true for my team, some teams were under a lot of pressure.
