Pros

Whether you work in the office or outside, this company has a certain close-knit, family quality to it. They value safety, they strive for excellence, and they always have your back. The management here is friendly, innovative, and always looking to better not only company performance, but also their own. Working here has given me a deeper appreciation for this industry and the people in it.

Cons

The only con I would say is that this is a 24/7 fully operating terminal which requires a certain amount of dedication to your job. Although, this can also be viewed as a pro since there is opportunity for overtime.

Pros

Challenging environment, they allow community outreach. Regular employees are great.

Cons

Management is difficult to work with. Never know if you are going to get chewed out when they're having a bad day. Management not all on same page. Inappropriate innuendo and slurs toward others. Long hours, female salaries considerably less than male.
