Pros

Decent Pay Fast-paced but manageable work; some providers have more work than others. Insurance is BCBS of TX and HDHP is free for employees with company HSA contribution Benefits are pretty great for families IMO

Terrible management at SOME locations High Turnover Rate Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Great company that offers lots of training, room for growth, and support. Physicians and management are amazing an if you're looking to start or expand your career, this is a great place to start.

Cons

None at the moment, I'd highly recommend this place.

Great Benefits Easy Work - Just be good at time management and having autonomy. You’re held accountable for yourself and your mistakes, be smart. Somewhat competitive pay

Cons

Management is not great They took away one of the benefits I was most excited about, i was never notified. Kinda weird
