Pros

Good hours, good training, decent pay, remote overrides so you dont have to wait for upper level management when they are with customers.

Cons

Feedback is not always handled with empathy. There’s a pattern of dismissive behavior and offhand comments that reflect poorly on the team culture and customer relationships
