Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

Owner/management does not care for your mental health so do not apply if you struggle with it. It is draining and the owner is not open to accommodating it. You’ll be outside for at least 6 hours a day rain or shine, yes, in the heat Commission based and if you’re stuck in a low volume area you basically make very little and you have no control over where you’re placed

Pros

You learn a lot about marketing from being on the ground in the trenches.

Cons

No work-life balance. Revolving door of people coming and going. Cult-like mentality about how YOU control YOUR future. Toxic positivity where they think they can cancel out any bad days with a positive mindset, which takes away addressing any actual issues head on. Very unclear training/interview process where they don't tell you that YOU WILL BE STANDING OUTSIDE OF RANDOM STORES FOR 6 HOURS A DAY AS A SOLICITOR. YOU LITERALLY SET UP A TABLE, AND ASK PEOPLE FOR DONATIONS AS THEY LEAVE. BASICALLY A GLORIFIED BEGGER/SOLICITOR. NO BENEFITS. NOT ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT WORK WITH COLLEAGUES?? NOT WORTH IT.
